Hull City FC - Tigers for Ever!

Going through my photos of cards made over the last year or so, I can't believe I haven't posted this one on my blog yet!

I made this for a friend at work thirtieth birthday! Just in case you haven't twigged, she's a big tigers fan!

So the colour scheme was black and amber! and I usedmy flower punch to embellish and the Little Loving Kids stamps from creative expressions. I had to use two stamps, the head from the girl and the boy with the football to create this quirky card, but I was so pleased with the finished result and Jenny loved it!

TIGERS FOREVER!

Hope you like it and thanks for looking,

Flower Power

Not my usual style but I had fun creating it, I found so many interesting things lurking at the back of my cupboard as I delved deeply to find my large flower punches! I was asked for flowers for a fortieth but not to put on the age! The colours were pink and purple. Add some gems for a bit of bling and ribbon, and there you have it!
Not hard at all and it went down a storm with the birthday girl so thats all that matters!!

Lemons and blues!

This is a gorgeous Daisy and Dandelion card. My lovely hubby got me the stamp set for Christmas and I was really pleased to be asked to create a cute card for a colleague at work! So here it is!

Here is a close up of the image, coloured as usual with my trusty pro-markers!
(Where would we be without our promarkers, copics or spectrum noirs???)

I can't quite remember the colours used but oatmeal and apricot ring a bell! Also think I used a sienna for the patches. The papers are from the MTY spring collection and I used the oval and beaded oval nestabilities.

apricot, oatmeal and ivory.
Souffle the duck is coloured in buttercup and canary yellow.
Embellished with shocking pink ribbon and pearls.

Rock Chick Birthday

I made this for my TA at work, she was 22! How I wish I remembered being 22!!!
And so to the card!
Not my usual style of card but she loved it. I'm not a black and grey sort of person.
I used black card and gemstone card to cut plain circles and scalloped circles as well as introducing some patterned paper.
I'm not sure what this stamp is called but it is coloured with my trusty promarkers,
using ice greys and burgendy, cocoa and henna for the hair, and oatmeal, blush and ivory for the skin.

The backing was cut using a scallopped cutter by creative memories.
And thats all folks!

Thanks for looking and hope you like it!

New Cards

This one was for a friend at work for her daughters 18th and was made using my cricut! I can't believe it has taken me so long to use it, it's amazing!

So, here's the receipe!

It is a 19cm square card and I have used the new MTY Spring collection papers.

The card for matting and layering is from Stampin'Up but its the old colours.
I have just simply stamped one of my MTY bears and coloured with promarkers
- ice grey 1 and pastel blue for the bear.
The t-shirt was pastel pink I think!

The flowers are punched from the stamping up card but before I punched them I stuck some glitter vinyl over the top.
The name was cut using my cricut and the false stitching was done with sakura pens.
Corner flowers are the stamp and emboss range from xcut as are the other flowers.
Centre of flowers embellished with pearls.

And I think thats all folks!!
